New Memorial Hall officially Open - 5th December 2009Village Crowd sees moving and historic ceremony on Saturday 5th December 2009 at 11:30am
It was a bright and sunny day, and a crowd of villagers gathered to see the opening ceremony of our new village centrepiece, the 2009 Memorial Hall.
The ribbon is cut
The Old Order ( Dougie Pratt, on left, also present at the opening in 1958 of the original hall )

yielding Place to New ( Daniel Beynon, centre, winner of the schools poetry competition )
assisted by our local MP, David Taylor, seen on the right.
